LucVG sent me the current database backup.
Gave me admin (and later founder) access to the board.
A couple of extensions were outdated but updating those didn't solve the issues (they didn't seem related to the issue anyway)
The first 2 problems were simply that the starting post of a topic (containing 2 posts) had been split from the original topic but that original topic data (in the topics_table) hadn't been updated (don't ask me how or why). Using moderation tools I could find the original topics and just merged the two re: posts in the original topics, after which the complete topics were visible in the correct forums.
The third issue was strange. The post was associated with the correct topic_id, but the forum_id the topic was associated with, didn't exists in the database.
The unofficial STK (for 3.3.10) identified the post as orphaned and allow reassigning it to the correct Forum.
Problems solved ... but a new problem surfaced: the board gave errors referring to BBcodeiud's.
Solved by disabling ABBCodebox, removing data and then just re-enabling ABBCodebox.
