You are not alone. Our forum (which is in English) has also been dealing with a flood of spam getting through the Q/A Captcha.
The questions we have have worked for years with only an occasional spammer getting through. I have had over 60 in the past two days.
I have changed the questions and answers and hope that will help.
Only time will tell.
